1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the kgb88 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kgb88 Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, where applicable, close your Account by contacting kgb88 customer support.

2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kgb88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether oral or written.

2.4 kgb88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of last revision is stated at the top of this page.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to kgb88 is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. This minimum age restriction applies to all services on the Platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game categories. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.2 Age Verification. kgb88 may require you to submit proof of age at any time. Where a Player cannot substantiate that they meet the 21+ requirement, kgb88 reserves the right to suspend the Account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3.3 Geographic Access. The kgb88 Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of such access in their respective jurisdiction. kgb88 makes no representation that access from outside Bangladesh is lawful.

3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees of kgb88, its affiliated entities, payment processors, game software providers, and the immediate family members of any such employee are prohibited from holding a Player Account or participating in any wagering activity on the Platform.

3.5 Self-Excluded Players. Any individual who has voluntarily self-excluded from kgb88 under the Responsible Gaming tools is prohibited from re-registering or accessing the Platform until their self-exclusion period has formally expired and the exclusion has been lifted by kgb88 support in accordance with the applicable procedure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the kgb88 Platform. Registering more than one Account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other mechanism — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kgb88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). kgb88 applies a KYC process for all accounts requesting withdrawals above ৳5,000 or where kgb88 deems verification necessary. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. KYC documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in the format requested by kgb88 support.

4.4 Account Maintenance. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. kgb88 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts or to close them, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable procedures. Players will be notified before any dormancy action is taken.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your kgb88 account credentials, including your username and password. kgb88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available to all registered Players.

5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is presumed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals processed under your Account.

5.3 You must notify kgb88 customer support at [email protected] immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. kgb88 will investigate such reports and take appropriate protective action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account.

5.4 kgb88 will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from kgb88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to kgb88 support immediately.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Methods. kgb88 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. kgb88 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction ceilings.

6.3 Processing Times. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's Account balance instantly or within a maximum of five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. kgb88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or network conditions.

6.4 No Deposit Fees. kgb88 does not charge any fees on Player deposits via the supported Bangladeshi mobile banking methods. Players should verify whether their payment provider applies any fees at its own end, as kgb88 has no control over third-party provider charges.

6.5 Failed Deposits. In the event a deposit transaction is debited from a Player's payment account but not credited to the kgb88 Account, the Player must contact kgb88 support with the transaction reference number. kgb88 will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed, credit the Account accordingly within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Verified Accounts. Full withdrawal privileges are available only to Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not submitted or passed KYC may have withdrawal processing delayed or restricted pending the completion of identity verification.

7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

7.4 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and to an account registered in the Player's name. kgb88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not matching KYC records, or to payment methods not supported by the Platform.

7.5 Wagering Before Withdrawal. Where a Player's Account Balance includes active Bonus credits subject to a Wagering Requirement, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled before the portion of the Balance derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits not associated with a Bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification rules.

7.6 Withdrawal Refusal. kgb88 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a withdrawal would be in conflict with applicable law. In such cases kgb88 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 kgb88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated within each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived solely from it.

8.3 One Bonus Per Player. Where a promotion is designated as a "welcome" or "new player" offer, it may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses on multiple Accounts are considered Bonus abuse and will result in Account closure.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. kgb88 actively monitors for patterns of Bonus abuse including, without limitation: opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using automated betting systems, and other strategies designed to exploit promotional offers. kgb88 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings where Bonus abuse is detected.

8.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. kgb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable. kgb88 will honour Bonus credits that have already been issued and accepted by a Player prior to any modification.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference has been issued by the kgb88 Platform. Bets placed during periods of system error, obvious pricing errors, or after the event start time in live betting markets may be voided at kgb88's discretion.

9.2 Obvious Errors. kgb88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly posted in error. An "obvious error" includes odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market price at the time the bet was accepted. kgb88 will notify affected Players and return all stakes relating to voided bets.

9.3 Cricket and Sports Betting. All cricket bets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Rain-affected matches, abandoned events, and super overs are settled per the individual market rules published on the Platform.

9.4 Match Fixing. Placing a bet on any event that you know, suspect, or have reason to believe is the subject of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity is strictly prohibited. kgb88 cooperates with relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities. All associated Accounts and winnings will be frozen pending investigation.

9.5 Maximum Payout. kgb88 applies a maximum single-bet payout cap across all sports and casino games. Maximum payout limits are published on the relevant game or market pages. Where a Player's winnings exceed the stated maximum payout for a single bet or game round, the payout will be capped at the published maximum and the remainder will not be awarded.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kgb88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is or may be in violation of applicable law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Players who discover such errors must report them immediately to kgb88 support.
• Engaging in Bonus abuse as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or engaging in offensive conduct toward kgb88 staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or any system, database, or server associated with the kgb88 Platform without authorisation.
• Placing bets on any event while in possession of material non-public information (insider information) regarding the outcome of that event.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 kgb88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If you feel that gambling is no longer enjoyable, or that it is causing financial or personal harm, you should use the tools available in your Account or contact kgb88 support immediately.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the kgb88 Platform — including but not limited to the kgb88 brand name, logo, trade marks, game software, graphical assets, text, design elements, and any other materials — is the proprietary property of kgb88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

12.3 Any unauthorised use of kgb88's intellectual property — including scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering of the Platform or its game software — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 The kgb88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kgb88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13.2 kgb88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to access the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (c) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account; (d) any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Platform; (e) any loss of winnings resulting from system malfunction or communication failure.

13.3 kgb88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kgb88's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

14.1 kgb88 collects and processes personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and customer support. The collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the kgb88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to kgb88 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 16 Governing Law

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

16.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through kgb88 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable rules. Players and kgb88 agree to use good faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.

16.3 kgb88 operates the Platform for the Bangladesh market and does not represent that the services are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
